Meet Our Attorney

Emily earned her B.S. degree from Troy University in 2010 before serving in the U.S. Army as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Through personal experiences and a growing interest in helping others navigate complex challenges, she developed a passion for law. This led her to pursue her Juris Doctorate, which she completed in May 2020.
Emily has worked both as an associate in a law firm setting and as a solo practitioner in private practice, where she handled a wide range of general legal matters. This diverse experience has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the legal needs of individuals and businesses alike.
Throughout her career, Emily has witnessed the significant struggles that landlords face, particularly when tenants cause property damage or refuse to pay rent for extended periods. She has seen the financial strain and emotional toll these issues can have on small business owners and landlords, especially when they can’t afford the traditional retainer fees associated with eviction cases. This insight drove her to create more accessible and flexible solutions tailored to the needs of landlords facing these challenges.
Emily is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama. She is committed to providing affordable, practical solutions that make the legal process easier for landlords, helping them resolve disputes and protect their property without the burden of high legal fees.
