Sign Limited Scope Representation Agreement
- After payment, our still send a Limited Scope Representation Agreement to your email within (24) hours to review and sign at your convenience.
Complete the Intake Form
- Our staff will then send you an intake form. Please fill out the intake form provided, which will ask for necessary details such as:
- A copy of the lease
- Information about your situation (e.g., late rent, lease termination, etc.)
- For Full Eviction Package Only: After your intake form has been completed, our staff will thereafter send you a quote for any and all filing fees or other costs based on the county in which your unlawful detainer case will be filed. This feel will not be collected until your case is ready to be filed.
Agree to Proceed or Decline Services
- If you disagree with the terms after reviewing the agreement and intake form, you can request a full refund by emailing us before services commence.
Service Commences
- Once services begin, no refunds will be issued for work performed, so please ensure you have reviewed our Refund Policy.
Limited Consultation Available
- Our streamlined process helps keep costs low for landlords by minimizing unnecessary time commitments.

- Additional consultations, or consultations for other services, can be purchased in 15-minute increments as needed.
