  • Information about your situation (e.g., late rent, lease termination, etc.)
• For Full Eviction Package Only: After your intake form has been completed, our staff will thereafter send you a quote for any and all filing fees or other costs based on the county in which your unlawful detainer case will be filed. Agree to Proceed or Decline Services

• If you disagree with the terms after reviewing the agreement and intake form, you can request a full refund by emailing us before services commence.
