What's included in the Full Eviction Package?

The Full Eviction Package includes drafting and sending the notice to judgment, handling the necessary paperwork, and one free 15-minute consultation. It does not include a hearing appearance, which must be purchased separately if required. Filing costs are also excluded and billed separately based on your specific county.

When are filing costs paid?

Filing costs vary by county in Alabama. If you purchase the Full Package, you will receive a separate invoice for these costs after you submit your intake form. These must be paid before we file documents with the court.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a full refund at any time before services commence. Once you have received your legal agreement, reviewed the county cost invoice, and agreed to proceed, our legal work begins and no refunds are available from that point forward.

How does the process work?

You select and purchase a service online. Within 24 hours, we email you an agreement and an intake form. You provide the required details (like the lease). For full packages, we send an invoice for county filing costs. Once everything is approved and paid, we begin the legal work immediately.

Do I need to attend the hearing?

If the tenant contests the eviction and a hearing is scheduled, an appearance is required. Hearing appearances are not included in the standard package and must be purchased as a separate service for $350.
